**PLEASE NOTE: THIS JOB REQUIRES YOU TO BE ONSITE DAILY IN OUR OFFICES IN PORTLAND, OR. We are not offering relocation for this role.**

The Merchandise Coordinator is the primary point of contact for specific category lines of business related to product sample management and procurement. The position works with the client, vendors and internal photo studio team to ensure that the samples inventory is organized, prepped, and ready to support the production schedules.

Responsibilities include physically moving merchandise between the clients location and PureREDs photography studio, utilizing a company van. Additionally, this role is responsible for inventory control, pulling and prepping samples for photo shoots, maintaining cleanliness of warehouse space, and utilizing Excel and PowerPoint as needed for reporting purposes.

**Additional Job Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with project managers to coordinate all photo shoot and any special project schedules to ensure deadlines are met

* Work with internal and external partners to manage the tracking, location, and allocation of samples

* Follow inventory control guidelines to ensure inventory integrity

* Prep products according to Stylist Guidelines (steaming, pre-styling, etc.)

* Receive, organize and shelve incoming merchandise into vertical storage racking systems using a standup electric forklift

* Take ownership of the warehouse space to ensure optimal space utilization and inventory organization

* Collaborate closely with internal IT personnel to improve sample process operations

* May use PowerPoint to create basic decks

* Troubleshoot issues and challenges that arise on sets; focus on practical solutions and improving processes

* Proactively escalate any issues with receiving samples from vendors to appropriate internal and client partners to avoid any disruption in workflow

* Support additional studio tasks, as needed.
