**Customer Service Representative**

The inside Sales Representative reports directly to the branch manager and will be responsible for selling products to businesses, manufacturers, and individuals over the phone and at the Distribution Center.
* Provide prompt personal service to customers at walk-in counter.
* Builds and maintains customer relationships.
* Manage existing customer accounts.
* Handle inbound calls to convert to sales.
* Provide customer support regarding part numbers, pricing, and orders, etc.
* Introduce new products, product options, and help with replacement product.
* Prepares quotes for customers.
* Process customer purchase orders/orders by entering in WDS program.
* Bill customer accounts.
* Create bill of ladings using Transportation Insight and organize delivery paperwork for company deliveries.
* Coordinate shipment details based on delivery schedules internal and external.
* Investigate and resolve deliveries that are late, lost, or damaged for the customer.
* Coordinate and process returns.
* Reconcile cash to cash paid invoices.
* Perform other tasks or duties as assigned.
