**What you will do **

* While representing Stryker you will be responsible for the distribution and delivery of products/services for our representatives and customers

* Responsible for accurate inventory tracking and record keeping, warehouse inventory cycle counting and optimizing inventory utilization

* Prepare, ship, receive and schedule delivery of products; ensure timely delivery of sets and pick up/return loaner sets; field customer questions and direct to appropriate branch personnel

* Arrange merchandise for transport (on delivery and return) and at customer locations

* Read maps, and route configuration

* Perform safety inspections in transportation setting

* Load, unload, or stack containers, materials, or products

* Provide customer service in surface transportation

* Perform and/or schedule preventative and regular minor maintenance on company delivery vehicle, (fuel, fluid levels, tires, etc.), and keeps accurate maintenance records

* Advise supervisor when repairs or extensive maintenance are required for the company vehicle

* Record sales or delivery information on daily sales or delivery record

* Record transactions and issues on customer receipts

* Field customer complaints, address and communicate as necessary to Branch team members

* Create and/or review lists of delivery and pick-ups

* Provide Warehouse support when needed.

* Check for sterility, missing/broken implants & instruments

* Assist with Cycle Counting scans, leverage hospital relationships to influence PO collection, and relay surgery schedules when available.

* Participate with On-call rotation

**What you need **

* 0+ Years of experience required

* Must possess a valid drivers license with no restrictions

* Must have the ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.

* Must have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend(s) and evening(s) as needed

**Transcript**My favorite part about working in the field for Stryker is having the ability to meet with our customers face-to-face every day. I enjoy building relationships with surgeons, nurses, surgical techs, and the rest of the perioperative team. You really start to feel like you're on that perioperative team, because we're all contributing to the same goal of a safe and successful patient outcome, and what's great is you get to do that everywhere you go, and you go somewhere different almost every day. It keeps you on your toes. You never stop learning, but it's extremely rewarding, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
