**Your Role**

The Delivery Driver plays a critical role in the day-to-day operations, while interacting with customers and sales representatives daily to meet the expectations of the business. They are responsible for delivering, unloading, and checking in the product to customers each day. Our drivers are the face of the Company and must provide top-notch customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

Drivers assigned route, delivering Company's products in a safe, timely, and professional manner in Medford, OR and vicinity

Unload and load, check in, and service product to meet customers' needs and expectations

Rotate all Company's product according to Company standards

Develop and maintain positive, cooperative and team-oriented relationships with customers, co-workers, supervisors, managers and others you meet throughout your job

Adhere to and follow all Company policies, procedures and governmental regulations

Balance delivery, money, and inventory

Provide excellent customer service to all customers

Work with sales team members on a continual basis to support and evaluate customer's needs

Demonstrate behaviors consistent with those of the Company's Core Values always

Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned

Physical Demands

Use power/manual pallet jack

Lift/carry and push/pull 35 lbs.

Bend/stoop/crouch/squat/use arms/wrists/hands/grasp

Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position working Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:00 am 4:00 pm

**Travel**

Local travel only

**Requirements**

Unexpired Valid Drivers License

5-year MVR with acceptable driving record

1 year minimum of driving experience

Must be 21 years of age

Successfully pass a drug test and background screen

Medical Examiners Certificate
