Providing leadership to small groups of associates and verifying their work.Works closely with the shift supervisor and EWM specialist to identify and resolve problems regarding the timely movement of materials in storage and the fulfillment of customer orders.Ensure optimum space utilization, as well as the safety of employees and materials.Requirements
Must have six-month work-related knowledge, skill or experience.Good verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with personnel at all levels of the organization.An understanding of established safety/quality standards and the ability to communicate them.Ability to sit for an extended amount ofLift up to 50+ lbs.Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadline with accurate and detailedExperience with EWM is highly desirable.Forklift operation experience and must have or obtain a valid Harry David forklift operator's license.Physical requirements include repetitive bending, reaching and lifting up to 50 pounds, as well as working in extreme cold (freezer and cold storage) and outdoor weather conditions.This position may be exposed to dust, varying production and cold storage temperatures, and noise.This is a safety sensitive position, subject to initial and follow-up drug testing.Honest and respectful communicationCompliance with company attendance
