Manufacturing/Process Improvement Engineer

Location: Medford, Oregon - Onsite

Our client is a leader in the medical equipment manufacturing industry, committed to innovation and quality. They are seeking a Manufacturing/Process Improvement Engineer to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement efficient manufacturing procedures, tooling, and fixtures to meet capacity, safety, and quality standards, while driving standardization and continuous improvement.
• Apply industry best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall product quality.
• Optimize line setup, minimize cycle times, and enhance process flow, while ensuring strict adherence to manufacturing standards for consistency.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Six Sigma experience.
• Proficiency in CAD, business systems, and/or related computer applications is a plus.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or design environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• A Bachelor's degree is not required but is a plus.
