You will serve a territory in the Pacific Northwest, driving new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be an expert in alternative funding, stop loss sales, and captives, able to relate to clients and brokers to educate the market on this innovative approach to building a successful, long-term health and welfare strategy.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and maintain relationships with agencies, brokers, and consultants throughout the territory to generate new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing team to position products and services effectively within the industry.
  • Develop creative ideas and leverage new platforms to build brand awareness, close new business, and establish a robust referral network.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote the brand.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop sales processes, procedures, and implementation strategies.

Skills & Experience

  • 5-7 years of proven sales success in the self-funded, stop-loss, or captive insurance market.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Existing broker/agency distribution channels in the market.
  • Creative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to drive business opportunities in a unique manner.
  • State L&H license.

Compensation & Benefits

$250,000 - $300,000 OTE in the first year, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
