Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of senior operational leadership in logistics or manufacturing with P&L experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead, train, motivate, and develop teams.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and peers.
- Strong follow-up, accountability, and critical thinking skills.
Desired Qualifications
- 4+ years experience managing in eCommerce or retail operations.
- 4+ years as a general manager in Kroger Supply Chain or similar food industry company.
- Experience leading complex sites strategically to align business, people, and safety.
- Knowledge of current technologies, regulations, and vendor/supplier dynamics.
- Experience managing transportation and utilizing data analytics.
- Ability to collaborate with retail, technology, and marketing partners.
- Experience dealing with governmental agencies, preparing budgets, and maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Ability to develop talent and oversee succession planning.
- Willingness to travel independently to other site locations.
