Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of senior operational leadership in logistics or manufacturing with P&L experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead, train, motivate, and develop teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and peers.
• Strong follow-up, accountability, and critical thinking skills.

Desired Qualifications

• 4+ years experience managing in eCommerce or retail operations.
• 4+ years as a general manager in Kroger Supply Chain or similar food industry company.
• Experience leading complex sites strategically to align business, people, and safety.
• Knowledge of current technologies, regulations, and vendor/supplier dynamics.
• Experience managing transportation and utilizing data analytics.
• Ability to collaborate with retail, technology, and marketing partners.
• Experience dealing with governmental agencies, preparing budgets, and maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Ability to develop talent and oversee succession planning.
• Willingness to travel independently to other site locations.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
