This position reports directly to the Safety Director and oversees our Washington and Oregon locations. Ideal candidates will have experience in Safety and Health, workforce training, and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do As a Safety Manager

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.
  • Investigate workplace injuries and vehicle collisions.
  • Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.
  • Develop and update safety programs.
  • Perform site inspections to verify regulatory and policy adherence.
  • Ensure project teams follow safety practices and complete safety inspections.
  • Monitor field operations for trained and certified personnel.
  • Review DriveCam data and conduct coaching as needed.

What You'll Need

  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of safety experience in telecommunications construction.
  • Knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations.
  • Certifications such as CSP, OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR.
  • Excellent communication skills; Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Willingness to travel within Washington and Oregon (75% field work).

Physical Abilities & Exposures

  • Standing, walking, sitting, and driving (specified durations).

Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 per year
