Job Details

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner.* Identify customer needs and provide excellent customer service, with cost efficiency and safety in mind; Communicate costs; Work with outside vendors and assist in resolving on-the-road repairs.* Schedule Company and local customer truck repairs.* Provide accurate repair orders and estimates when needed, including data entry and documentation; Obtain approval for work to be completed.* Responsible for inventory and parts purchasing, as well as organization of the parts room.* Follow-up on calls and send recommended repair reminders.* Perform other duties as assigned.
