GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
To provide general support to the eCommerce department through a variety of tasks, including but not limited to fulfillment of orders for ship-to home, store pickup, as well as the delivery of orders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Pull product and prepare eCommerce store pick up orders, for customer pick up
• Pull product and prepare eCommerce orders for ship-to home for transfer to other locations
• Pull product, prepare, package and ship, ship-to home orders to customer
• Pull product, prepare and deliver eCommerce delivery orders to customer
• Partner with Store Management to assist with stocking, merchandising and recovery of product within the retail store as needed (time permitting)
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of product location
• Uphold all cooperative policies
• Demonstrate excellent internal and external customer service ensuring that the customer experience achieves The Grange Way Standard
• Demonstrate reliable and predictable attendance
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
• The position does not have any direct supervisory responsibilities
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
LANGUAGE SKILLS
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
• Ability to write simple correspondence
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent to draw and interpret bar graphs
REASONING ABILITY
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations

The pay range for this role is:
15.53 - 18.98 USD per hour (South Medford)
