Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Medford, OR. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead the team to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include managing staff, handling retail loss prevention, maintaining store appearance, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Possess Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Previous experience in retail management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferred
