As an Auto Service Writer at All-Pro Fleet Services, you'll be the engine behind our customer experience. Picture yourself warmly welcoming customers, putting them at ease, and building trust right from the start. With your exceptional organizational skills, you'll schedule and manage jobs efficiently, ensuring our clients' vehicles get the top-notch treatment they deserve.

But it doesn't end there! You'll be the bridge between our talented technicians and our valued customers, translating technical jargon into easily understandable terms. By creating transparent and accurate estimates, you'll empower customers to make informed decisions about their vehicle's maintenance and repairs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player with a passion for customer service
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Having prior parts experience in the auto industry is a bonus!

We're also looking for someone that can work from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a one-hour lunch break.
