Additional Position Details: FTE: 0.600000 | 24 hours per week | Part Time | 3rd Shift - Nights | This position is Sunday and Monday nights/1900-0730 (7 pm-7:30am)Starting Wage: $18.09-$24.88 per hour, depending on experiencePosition Summary The Emergency Department Patient Access Representative provides customer-service coverage in emergency department locations of Asante and assumes the responsibility for the successful financial outcomes of all patient services. In this role, the ED Patient Access Rep is also responsible for thoroughly and accurately describing the various compliance and regulatory documents that Asante is required to present to patients, while always being aware of maintaining patient relations, customer satisfaction, and Asante's financial solvency.
