Coordinate in the offering of devotional opportunities. Coordinate the meeting of ritual and sacramental needs. Coordinate spiritual care volunteers. Deliver and arrange for appropriate spiritual or pastoral care to residents, their loved ones, and employees in specific areas of the organization or to particular faith groups. Respond to requests for pastoral care in a timely manner. Refer to appropriate resources if you cannot meet the individual need. Support and promote pastoral care.
