Please Note: This position has the possibility of being remote. Candidates will be required to have reliable broadband internet and personal cell phone service. Remote work may include online training and working day-to-day operations during Pacific Standard business hours.

Wage: Starting wage is $32.58-$44.80 per hour, depending on experience

Position Summary

The Revenue Cycle Process Improvement Analyst plays a key role in supporting Revenue Cycle departments through data analysis, process improvement, and project management. Responsibilities include conducting root cause analyses, generating reports, designing workflows, and coordinating initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and align with organizational objectives. This position requires a proactive, professional, and collaborative approach to identifying and resolving challenges within Revenue Cycle operations.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or the equivalent in education/experience, required
  • Master's degree in a related field, preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible work experience related to data collection, analysis, and process optimization, required
  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle operations, healthcare data analysis, or project management, required
Certifications
  • LEAN certification, preferred
  • Current Epic Certification (in Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, or other relevant modules), preferred
