The stated pay range is based on a national-average location. Actual salary is determined by factors including relevant work experience, skills and location. This position is bonus eligible.
Optavise, a CNO Financial Group Company is seeking a Sales Enablement Programs Specialist to work closely with leadership to conceptualize, design, and implement key sales incentives and initiatives. This role will ensure the growth of the sales team.
As a Sales Enablement Programs Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
Design programs that will focus specifically on key sales initiatives (i.e., unions, brokers)Manage the budgeting, spend and ROI on programs and events tied to growth initiatives.
Develop and implement (in conjunction with marketing) effective communication plans that inspire, motivate and drive results on all programs and initiatives.
Drive programs and initiatives with all functional areas (Recruiting, Field Development and Brokers) throughout the Optavise organization.
Work with business leadership to provide logistical support for key events including Field Leadership Team Meetings, Sales Celebrations, Agent training and development programs (LEAD1, LEAD2, etc.) as well as field-based meetings funded by OCA tied to our State Manager Training Support Program.
Manage SNAP and annual agent award programs and fulfillment including negotiating with vendors, award selections, field fulfillment and invoicing.
The Sales Enablement Programs Specialist position is well-suited for you if you have:
Strong organizational skills to allow for management of projects – many that will overlap.
Knowledge of Excel, CVent and Microsoft Office.
A high energy personality.
Flexibility and collaborative approach to the work.
Experience with event logistics and execution management.
Ability to travel for events.
What you'll need:
Bachelor's Degree or 8 years of related experience.
3 years of event planning and management experience.
What will set you apart:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or Business Administration.
5+ years of event planning and management experience.

Associates who live outside of a 60-mile radius of a corporate office (Birmingham, Carmel, Chicago, Orlando and Milwaukee) may perform this role full-time work from home (WFH) from any US based location, as long as you are willing to work central or eastern time zone hours.
All associates may be asked to travel to varying corporate offices periodically. Work cannot be performed from outside of the United States.
