About The Position
Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Physical Therapy Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: 1 year of skilled home health experience required License: Pending license accepted Certifications: BCLS required Must-Have: Reliable transportation Description: Backfill position for Home Health Physical Therapist. This role involves working in a home health setting. The shift is 8 hours days. The facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s. The therapist will work with a 1:1 patient ratio. The therapist may visit up to 6 patients per day. 30 productivity points are the standard expectation. First-time travelers are not accepted for this position. No weekend work is required. The position does not require on-call duties. Travelers will not need to float between like units. Block scheduling is not open to accommodation. Locals within a 50-75 mile radius will be considered. The facility can call off up to one shift per pay period. Travelers are expected to have their own transportation. The system effectively groups clients to minimize drive time. There may be occasional maximum travel of 50+ miles. Oasis experience is a requirement. The charting system used is EPIC/Oasis. Any color scrubs are appropriate attire for this role. Minimum of 2 supervisory references are required covering 1 year of employment. Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state. Refusal to float may result in termination of assignment. Communication devices needed for the role will be supplied as required. Modules are non-billable with an average of 16 hours spent. Over 20 hours spent on modules requires prior approval. Time spent on modules is self-reported and recorded in transcripts.
