As a Warehouse and Purchasing Assistant, you will be integral in supporting the companys supply chain management. Your role is pivotal in maintaining high patient and provider satisfaction. Duties / Responsibilities: Monitor stock levels of medical supplies and equipment. Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance. Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure efficient retrieval and storage of items. Track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of products. Communicate with suppliers regarding status of orders and deliveries. Assist with order fulfillment both internal and external parties Assist clinics with the ordering process and provide training when necessary Maintain proper documentation related to inventory and purchasing activities. Collaborate with clinic staff to assess supply needs and address shortages. Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams regarding orders and deliveries.
