Essential Functions & Responsibilities:50% Interviews mortgage loan applicants in person or by telephone and explains loan options, rates, terms and collateral requirements. Inputs loan applications into the computer and provides initial loan disclosures. Maintains member records and prepare files/member documents with the highest level of confidentiality and accuracy. Consistently communicates with members, realtors and support staff regularly on all loans files when applicable .5% Willingly and actively returns calls to members.
