Were hiring a BI Manager to lead a team of 8 dashboard developers, driving Tableau excellence, design innovation, and team performance. This role blends technical leadership, visual storytelling, and strategic collaboration to deliver impactful analytics solutions. On a day-to-day basis, youll lead team stand-ups, mentor BI developers, and serve as the go-to Tableau expertreviewing dashboards, answering technical questions, and guiding design best practices. Youll collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions, manage project timelines, and ensure high-quality delivery. Youll also promote user adoption and data literacy across the organization. Establish and enforce Tableau development standards, dashboard design principles, and data governance practices. You will work closely with Data Engineering to align reporting needs with data pipelines. Furthermore, you will participate in recruiting and hiring efforts to grow the team.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors degree

8+ years of BI experience specific to Tableau including dashboard UX design, performance tuning, complex calculations

3+ years in leadership or management leading a BI team with a track record of delivering impactful reporting solutions

Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses, particularly Snowflake.

Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to transform business objectives into data-driven strategies and actionable reporting solutions.

Skilled in hiring, developing, and scaling high-performing

Business Intelligence teams to support evolving analytical needs and drive operational excellence. Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments. null
