Job Duties/ResponsibilitiesSupport safe installation practices and job site cleanlinessLead re-roof jobs; assist solar PV installs as neededPull and track inventory for roofing projectsDocument completed workAttend required training and safety meetingsOperate company vehicle safelyHandle trenching, concrete work, and equipment assemblyMount racking and seal penetrations properlyUse PPE and maintain a safe, clean work environmentTravel may be requiredOther duties as assignedQualifications RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED1+ year experience, 6+ months in a lead roleElectrical and roof racking experience requiredComfortable with heights and physical laborAble to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environmentsStrong communication and teamwork skillsClean driving record and valid driver's licensePhysical DemandsFrequent standing, climbing, kneeling, and liftingUse of hand and power toolsWork in varying weather conditionsAbility to safely lift 50+ lbs repeatedlyHigh PriorityFreedom Forever is an equal opportunity employer.
