The Supervisor 3 is responsible for training, supervising and coordinating hourly production/distribution employees along with entry-level/mid-level supervisors across multiple areas. This position is responsible for coordinating manpower requirements, maintaining quality within established specifications, arranging for repair of equipment, maintaining discipline, and providing for on-the-job training and administering other personnel functions. Additional responsibilities include training of processes and procedures, accurate and timely record keeping, documentation of employee and supervisor activities, completing performance reviews, developing and coaching direct reports to company expectations. This position also serves as a partner to the Manager in all business and leadership activities. Supervises multiple areas and teams along with entry-level and mid-level supervisors.
