Job Details

Include:Operates the Customer Service Center pay window and provides receipts. Monitors access and usage of the transfer station and recycling depot. Inspects waste and recyclables to ensure proper disposal. Determines load sizes and calculates disposal fees. Resolves customer disputes and provides service-related information. Maintains cleanliness and safety of the yard and facility. Balances daily revenue and submits reports to accounting. Secures the facility at the end of the day (locks, alarms, etc.). Participates in training and service improvement initiatives. Performs additional duties as assigned. POSITION REQUIREMENTS:Valid Drivers License with Clean Driving Record. Must pass random drug and alcohol screenings per company policy. Strong reading, writing, and verbal skills to follow instructions and interact with predominantly English-speaking public, including handling conflicts.
