Provides operational support and assistance to all areas of Rogue Credit Union and manages its Payments processes and services. Identifies and supports ways to enhance member loyalty, expand member relationships, increase operational efficiencies and balance risk for the credit union. Works in conjunction with the department to support Rogue's Vision, Mission and Values. Essential Functions & Responsibilities:65% Thoroughly understands all aspects of the duties related to the Payments area including but not limited to: Automated Clearing House (ACH), check processes and wire processes. Consistently performs duties with a high degree of accuracy, efficiency and within a timely manner. Primarily responsible for completing critical daily functions of the credit union members by the processing of ACH, check and wire payments, exceptions, returns, one-time postings, originations and other duties necessary to successfully complete payments processes.
