As a member of the Care Management team, our Member Engagement Specialists initiate outbound member contact for Regence Care Management Programs, educate members about health benefits and resources while using motivational interviewing techniques to encourage engagement, and document all interactions in care management platforms while coordinating with Care Managers to ensure appropriate referrals and resource connections all in service of making our members health journeys easier.
