We have immediate openings for a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, across Ashland, Medford, Grants Pass, and surrounding areas.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building meaningful relationships with seniors
• Engaging clients in household activities
• Assisting with personal hygiene care (toileting, bathing, etc.)
• Communicating professionally with clients
• Providing companionship and conversation
• Respecting seniors and their property
• Delivering direct care in accordance with individual care plans
• Helping with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assisting with personal care, including toileting and managing incontinence
• Providing medication reminders or administration
• Completing light housekeeping and meal preparations
• Maintaining a clean and organized environment
• Running errands as needed
• Assisting clients with mobility and transfers

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license required
• Reliable car with current auto insurance
• Availability to work on weekends
• Ability to pass a background check
• Preferred experience with personal care tasks and transfer equipment
• Experience with Alzheimer's/dementia patients is a plus
• Must be able to lift, push or pull 25 lbs
