Civil Construction Equipment Operator

Daily Workflow:

• Operate heavy equipment (excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders) for grading, trenching, and material movement
• Assist with manual labor tasks such as cleanup, material handling, and minor repairs
• Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance of equipment
• Read and interpret project plans, specifications, and instructions
• Follow all site safety procedures and promptly report hazards or incidents
• Maintain accurate work and equipment usage records
• Collaborate with crew and supervisors to meet project goals

Additional duties as assigned.

We're Seeking:

• Minimum 3 years' experience operating civil construction equipment on commercial or public works projects (Required)
• Proficiency with excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and graders
• Ability to perform manual labor alongside operating machinery
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and site procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Preferred: High school diploma/GED, CDL, formal equipment training/certification, GPS/laser-guided equipment experience, troubleshooting ability

Schedule: Monday ' Friday, full-time with possible overtime, weekends, and early mornings as project deadlines require
