About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and collaborative Senior Human Resources Executive to lead our HR functions effectively. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing personnel policies that align with our organizational goals, ensuring efficient operations across all HR areas. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to professional development, while maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations.
As a vital member of our leadership team, you will foster a positive work culture and manage labor relations. You will also provide essential support to the superintendent and department leaders regarding personnel issues. We seek candidates with a strong background in HR management, including experience in collective bargaining and contract negotiations.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Master's degree (preferred) and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- A valid Oregon Administrator License (preferred)
- A minimum of 5 years of successful administrative experience in HR
- Strong decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
- A background in leadership and project management
- A proven track record of fostering a positive organizational culture
Additionally, you should have a deep understanding of federal and Oregon labor laws and ensure our HR practices comply with all relevant regulations.
