Arena Family of Companies is seeking a Recruiting Consultant (VP's, Sups, PM's, Estimators, Accountants Across the USA). We are a 50-year-old thriving construction company looking for you to oversee projects from bidding to execution. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients. Our mission is to be a trusted building partner in the communities we serve. We are looking to fill PM roles near Medford, Oregon.

Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle
• Manage project budget, change orders, SOV, safety adherence, review RFI's
• Provide timely status reports and lead project meetings
• Assist with subcontractor insurance compliance
• Responsible for all project staff development and training

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction projects
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Sage 300, Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam or similar construction management software
• Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
