Warehouse Associate
$17-$20.00 DOE
BBSI is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our client's team as a Warehouse Associate. This is a hands-on, full-time position primarily focused on warehouse operations, heavy lifting, and providing excellent service to customers. While occasional driving may be required, the majority of your day will be spent in the warehouse helping organize, move, and stage products, as well as assisting customers professionally and courteously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming freight for accuracy.
- Organize, stock, and maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
- Assist with unloading and moving heavy products (up to 50 lbs.).
- Stage products for customer pickups or deliveries.
- Maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts and yard vehicles, in safe working condition.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, assisting with questions or product needs.
- Occasionally make deliveries to customers using a large box truck.
- Track and complete delivery orders using electronic tablets.
- Perform additional warehouse tasks as assigned.
- Comfortable performing physical labor and lifting up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
- CDL or previous truck driving experience is a plus but not required.
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Full-time, 40 hours/week
- $17.00-$20.00 DOE & Certifications
