Part-Time Evening Floor Cleaner

Position Overview:
This role focuses primarily on floor cleaning and maintenance in commercial facilities. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work and maintain a professional attitude while working independently after business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, and scrub floors in assigned areas
• Operate floor cleaning equipment such as auto scrubbers and floor buffers (training provided if needed)
• Remove trash and maintain clean walkways
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and break areas as needed
• Follow safety procedures and use proper PPE
• Ensure cleaning tasks are completed to company standards within scheduled time
• Lock up and secure facilities after shift when required

Qualifications:

• Previous janitorial or floor care experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
• Ability to work independently and stay on task
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Must be able to pass a background check

Schedule:

• Evening shifts
• Approximately 15 hours per week
• Consistent weekly schedule
