Compensation:

$67,500 - $78,000 / year

Responsibilities:

• Manage Inventory employees and oversee planning, assigning, and directing work.


• Coordinate daily plans, set employee rotations to meet and maintain quotas.


• Communicate effectively with Supervisors and Leads throughout production.


• Conduct performance reviews and oversee hiring and termination processes.


• Train and coach staff, ensuring compliance with training schedules.


• Manage inventory control based on company standards and regulations, including documenting and entering inventory into METRC or other systems.


• Perform daily inventory audits, organize inventory vaults, and ensure proper labeling and storage.


• Oversee order fulfillment, including documentation, product intake/outtake, and QC processes.


• Ensure proper packing, loading, and transportation of orders.


• Maintain a clean and organized inventory environment.


• Coordinate compliance sampling and testing procedures.


• Communicate discrepancies and report issues to supervisors.


• Oversee raw materials inventory and cycle counts.


• Train employees and provide performance feedback.


• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of related experience in inventory, logistics, or similar roles, preferably in food or beverage industry.


• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, METRC experience a plus.


• State-required permits/licenses; Food Handlers Card a plus.


• Effective communication skills in English.


• Ability to travel domestically as needed.


• Must be 21 or older and pass background checks, including MVR.


• Valid drivers license required.

Benefits:

Salary of $67,500 - $78,000/year, 11 paid holidays, 120 hours PTO, 401K, fully paid health, dental, and vision insurance.
