Serves as a clinical expert demonstrating leadership, sound judgment, and innovation in complex patient care. Assesses, plans, and evaluates age-specific care. Drives outcomes through collaboration and process improvement. Leads care delivery for patient groups and acts as liaison with accrediting bodies, coordinating documentation for The Joint Commission, Office of the Inspector General, Veteran Integrated Service Network, Veterans Health Agency, and facility leadership.
