PCL's Licensing, Standards & Quality (LSQ) Department has one opening for a Licensing & Standards Facilitator, based in Grants Pass, with occasional travel to other counties where PCL provides services. This position will primarily support the STCs, Residential Support Specialists, and DSPs who work with people who have co-occurring Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) and Mental Health diagnoses. The Facilitator will assist all team members in connecting decision-making and documentation related to the people we support, services provided, and needs with Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs) and PCL's policies and procedures. Candidates must be self-directed, highly motivated, and knowledgeable about Therap, OARs, and PCL's policies and procedures.
Wage & Benefits: $23.08/hour
Position Type: 40 Hours Weekly, Full-Time, Generally 8:30 am to 5 pm, Mon - Fri, may include evenings and weekends as assigned.
