We're growing and seeking skilled aluminum welders to join our family in Southern Oregon. As a welder at Pavati, you'll play a key role in crafting top-tier boats that meet the highest industry standards. If you have experience in aluminum welding and are ready to take your career to new heights, we want you on our team. You'll start with parts to weld that fit perfectly, paired with one-on-one training until you're confident building your own "work of art" - a Pavati boat.

Bonus: We're also Highway Products, makers of aluminum truck bodies and accessories, and we're looking for great welders too. There's plenty of opportunity to grow with us!

Take a look at what we do:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Set up welding equipment and tools (MIG and TIG).
• Review prints and drawings, and ensure parts meet specifications and accuracy.
• Weld, cut, and grind aluminum of various widths.
• Inspect completed products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe welding booth and equipment.

Requirements

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience with MIG and TIG welding.
• Aluminum welding experience is required.
• Welding certification is a plus, but not required. We will train the right person.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
