Dave's Hot Chicken is bringing the heat to Medford with the grand opening of our newest location and we're looking for a driven, team-oriented Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help us build and lead an outstanding crew. Your Role as Assistant General Manager:

As the AGM, you'll support the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring a high-performing team and an exceptional guest experience. You'll lead by example, foster a positive team culture, and ensure operational excellence from open to close.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Development: Supervise, train, and inspire Shift Leaders and Crew Members to uphold company standards and deliver exceptional service.

Operational Support: Assist in managing all restaurant functions including food preparation, cleanliness, safety protocols, and shift execution.

Guest Experience: Create a welcoming environment for guests, resolve concerns professionally, and ensure every visit exceeds expectations.

Financial Oversight: Help manage inventory, labor, and food costs while assisting with cash handling and ensuring proper controls are in place.

Training & Onboarding: Guide new team members through the Dave's Hot Chicken Training Program to ensure consistency, quality, and engagement from day one.

What You Bring to the Table:

Must be 18 or older

Minimum 2 years of management or leadership experience in the food service industry

Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

High school diploma or GED required

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
