Role Summary

Reporting directly to the Creative Director, the Data Entry Analyst will manage and verify data related to transportation operations, assist with reporting, and collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and consistency. This role requires strong project management skills and a high level of precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and manage transportation-related data
• Verify and update existing records in a timely manner
• Identify and correct data discrepancies
• Organize and maintain both electronic and physical files
• Assist in compiling and analyzing data for reports
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent data practices
• Recommend improvements to streamline data entry processes

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelors degree preferred
• 12 years of experience in data entry or a related field
• Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
• Familiarity with database systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Experience in the transportation industry is a plus
