Social Services Director Pay: DOE - Rogue Valley Manor is hiring a Social Services Director to join our health services department. You are responsible for the psychosocial health of all Skilled Nursing Facility residents, determining admission acceptance, resident assessments, discharge planning and providing community resources to support transitions out of the SNF, and act as the grievance officer handling investigations as they come up. You will be the community appointed resident advocate for Skilled Nursing Facility residents and are responsible for ensuring community and company-wide practices are in residents' best interests.
