Make a Real Difference-Overnight!
Home Instead is seeking compassionate and reliable Overnight Caregivers to support seniors in Medford and surrounding areas. If you have at least 2 years of caregiving experience and the heart to serve, this is your chance to provide comfort, safety, and peace of mind while clients rest through the night.
What You'll Do:
- Offer companionship and reassurance during overnight hours
- Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care)
- Support with mobility and safe transfers
- Provide medication reminders or assistance as scheduled
- Monitor clients' safety throughout the night
- Perform light housekeeping and meal prep as needed
- Communicate effectively with families and the care team
- Minimum age: 18
- At least 2 years of caregiving experience (facility or in-home)
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
- Weekend availability required
- Must pass a criminal and Oregon ORCHARDS background check
- Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable with personal care and overnight routines
- Dementia/Alzheimer's care experience a plus
