Are you a compassionate, reliable Caregiver with at least 2 years of experience in a facility or in-home care setting? Home Instead is looking for dedicated professionals to join our team and help seniors in Medford and surrounding areas live safely and comfortably at home.

As a Caregiver, you'll offer vital support, meaningful companionship, and hands-on care that empowers aging adults to maintain their independence. If you have a heart for service and the flexibility to meet individual client needs, we want to hear from you!

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum age: 18
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Weekend availability required
• Must pass a criminal and Oregon ORCHARDS background check
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable with personal care tasks (bathing, toileting, incontinence care)
• Experience with mobility/transfer equipment preferred
• Dementia or Alzheimer's care experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Build trust and companionship with clients
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide medication reminders or assistance
• Prepare meals and complete light housekeeping tasks
• Run errands and provide safe, reliable transportation
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comforting home environment
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and the care team
• Offer support with empathy, patience, and respect
