The Dishwasher & Kitchen Assistant is responsible for maintaining the kitchen dishwasher room, providing assistance to the Head Cook in prepping needed items for meals, assist with janitorial duties in both the kitchen and dining room areas, and any other kitchen duties as assigned by the Head Cook or Operations Manager. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Must have the ability to present oneself in a professional and appropriate manner. Must have a current Food Handlers Card and Certification as required by the Health Department. Knowledge and comprehension of practices in safe food handling. The ability to maintain confidentiality regarding information and documentation. Must be willing to learn of kitchen procedures and food safety.
