Position Overview
Guest Services Team Members work directly with our guests to ensure they receive appropriate products, helpful and accurate information, and a welcoming experience at Mt. Hood Meadows. This position includes point-of-sale operation, knowledge of products and the resort, and communication with guests, team, and other departments.
This is a seasonal position
Qualifications & Experience
Comfortable communicating and working with in-person guests
Comfortable using computers and other technology including point-of-sale systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Minimum Age 16
Ability to work weekends and holidays
Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Previous guest service experience
Prior experience operating a point-of-sale
Compensation:
Starting Wage: $ 17.94 hourly
