Assembly Supervisor

Production supervisor leads and oversees assembly personnel. They split their time between office and manufacturing floor where they manage schedules and oversee production reporting activities. Production supervisor ensures that the production environment is safe for employees by conducting safety training and inspections. They are responsible for onboarding and training new employees. This front line supervisory role requires technical expertise in mechanical and electrical assembly experience and familiarity with best practices in production.

Daily Workflow: Provide front line leadership through the ability to mentor and develop employees' skills, responsibilities and teamwork on a continuous basis. Monitor department processes and rates to ensure that optimum quality and production is obtained. Attends production meetings, monitor production processes for constraints and productivity improvements. Assess, analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative metrics to determine current and future state. Effectively coordinate and communicate production issues with management, production planning, quality and supervisors. Develop plans and actions to alleviate the constraints in order to provide world class service. Monitor workplace safety and strive to prevent injuries and accidents.

We're Seeking: High School Diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred) 5-7 years manufacturing experience, 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred. Significant technical background and skills to manage and develop the department(s). Interpersonal skills that promote a high level of communication and understanding. Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a positive team environment. Must be able to sit or stand intermittently for up to 8 hours daily. Must be able to bend, twist, push, pull, and lift products varying in weight. Must pass a drug test (THC ok) Must pass Background Check.

Schedule: Monday ' Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm
