We are seeking a detail-oriented Carrier Services Representative to support daily transportation operations by building and maintaining strong carrier relationships. This role plays a key part in ensuring freight moves efficiently, compliantly, and on time.

Carrier Services Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:00pm)

• Source, onboard, and manage carrier partners for domestic transportation needs
• Negotiate rates and secure capacity while meeting service and cost expectations
• Monitor carrier performance and address service issues or exceptions
• Ensure carrier compliance with insurance, safety, and contractual requirements
• Collaborate with operations and account teams to support shipment execution

Carrier Services Qualifications:

• Previous experience in carrier procurement, brokerage, or transportation operations preferred
• OR previous experience in office, clerical, or call center setting preferred
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with TMS systems and Microsoft Office tools
• High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
