Stock & Delivery Coordinator

Position Overview

The Stock & Delivery Coordinator role is focused on keeping the inventory processes aligned. Ensuring orders are completed per the shop delivery schedule, with accurate forecasting on past, current and future use to best manage the space available for the product. Working with supervisors to communicate issues arising within the supply chain and/or tracking product usage. Completing required monthly inventory counts per procedure is essential to accurate COG calculations contributing to the financial health of the company, allowing us to continue to spread the Dutch love through every cup of coffee we serve.

Key Result Area (KRA)

Manage warehouse stock and inventory, and ensure all shops are appropriately stocked with product at all times:

• Fill and deliver orders for all shops from the warehouse
• Submit all orders to the Operator
• Contact the distributor with corrections, mispicks, or damages
• Put away stock and deliveries as they come to the warehouse
• Conduct end-of-the-month inventory and as requested by Operator
• Maintain proper signage- Current POSs and menus
• Ensure the warehouse is kept clean and orderly
• Check all incoming/outgoing orders for accuracy
• Bag and Deliver Ice to shops as needed
• Correct daily orders if there are adjustments or borrowed stock
• Break down boxes and stack milk crates
• Rotate all stock daily
• Remain on call for any emergency stock needs

Job Qualifications

Required:

• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, graveyards, weekends, and holidays that may include a total of 35 or more hours per week
• Completion and passing of standard background check and MVR required
• This position requires driving, when necessary and must have a valid driver's license

Physical Requirements

• Constant standing/walking, up to 10 hours at a time
• Occasional stooping, kneeling, or crawling
• Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 65 lbs
• Possible exposure to extreme heat and/or cold temperatures
• Occasional ascending or descending on ladders and ramps
• Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing, or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine
• Constantly receiving detailed information through oral communication
• Constant clarity of vision at near and/or far distances
• Constant cash handling requiring mental math
• Constant talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas by means of verbal communication

Compensation: $19.57
