CNC Machine Operator

CNC Machine Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 18.00 to $ 20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)

• Set up and operate production machinery (training provided for entry-level candidates)
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure quality and efficiency
• Perform basic inspections using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Load/unload parts and maintain production flow
• Make minor adjustments and offsets as needed
• Document production and quality checks as required

CNC Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Entry-level candidates: mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Experienced candidates: prior machine operating experience preferred (CNC, Swiss, or similar equipment a plus)
• Ability to read basic work instructions and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
