Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and provide a friendly atmosphere by answering product-related questions.

• Organize and label merchandise while ensuring inventory accuracy.
• Communicate any discrepancies in ordering or shipping to the department manager.
• Stay informed about current and upcoming promotions and seasonal offerings.
• Adhere to scheduled shifts and comply with health regulations.
• Showcase exceptional customer service and keep the store environment clean and inviting.
• Engage in creative merchandising to boost sales.
• Ensure displays are fully stocked and visually appealing.
• Assist in timely product arrivals and manage workload to meet production deadlines.
• Support sales initiatives by promoting products through effective communication.
• Follow safety guidelines and report any unsafe conditions.
• Maintain equipment and report any issues for prompt attention.
• Document all relevant activities as per company policies.
• Handle customer and employee safety incidents appropriately.

Position Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Basic math skills: counting, addition, and subtraction.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in a second language is a plus.
