Experienced Phlebotomist

Must pass criminal background checks, drug screen, and current reference checks. Must be at least 18 to apply.
We are looking for an experienced phlebotomist. This position is approximately 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, starting at 7:20 AM and ending between 1 PM and 3 PM, depending on clinic volume.
Phlebotomist Skills and Qualifications:
- Adept at venipuncture, phlebotomy, and finger sticks
- Excellent verbal and written communication and documentation skills
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)
- Interpersonal skills and compassion
- Analyzing information, critical thinking, and problem-solving
- Knowledge of infection control procedures
- Bedside manner
- Attention to detail
- Procedural and organizational skills
- Quality focus
- Basic computer skills
