POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform inventory audits at designated client locations, adhering to client guidelines and thoroughly completing necessary reconciliations and documentation.
• Execute tasks promptly and professionally, aligning with Company and Client business rules.
• Utilize the online Audit Inventory Management System (AIMS) to submit updates on assignment status.
• Review audit instructions and related forms before assignments to maintain high service standards.
• Schedule audits to meet client expectations and deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with client representatives and AIMS management via email, mail, and phone.

Other Responsibilities:

• Use a smartphone to update AIMS and complete assignments.
• Adhere to all departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Aim to surpass client expectations.
• Communicate clearly and professionally through emails and calls.

Qualifications

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education/Training:

• High School Diploma or GED Required
• College Degree Preferred

Proficiency in mobile technology is necessary.
Transportation to audit sites is required, along with a valid driver's license and appropriate motor vehicle insurance in compliance with Company standards.

Related Experience: Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or in pharmaceutical sales is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent communication abilities, intermediate math skills, strong attention to detail, and proficient computer skills.

Physical Requirements:
You may need to bend, squat, kneel, or stand for extended periods, as well as lift items weighing up to 25 lbs occasionally.
